Holidays Happenings at the High December 16, 2011

What are you going to do to celebrate the holidays this year? We have a great suggestion! You can head to our workshops for a fantastic hands-on art project. We’re combining the screen printing technique of Andy Warhol with some Jasper Johns numbers to make our very own printing factory in the Greene Family Education Center.

Stop by anytime between 1 and 4 p.m. December 26 through January 2 (please note that the Museum is closed January 1) to join us in exploring Picasso to Warhol.  The activity is free with Museum admission and free for members

As an added bonus, we’ll be celebrating Matisse’s birthday on December 31st. Kids are free at the High Saturday, December 31, and Monday January 2. Kids 17 and under free with paying adult; walk-up only.

Happy Holidays,

Erin
