Day After Turkey Success! December 9, 2011

Filed under: General — erinkdougherty @ 4:23 pm

We had so much fun on the Day After Thanksgiving here at the High! There was live music, drawing, games, and of course fantastic art making activities! If you missed the day, check out the photos below. Or you can come to our Second Sunday Funday this weekend. On December 11, from 1 to 4 p.m. we’ll be making art, going on a scavenger hunt in the galleries, and you’ll even have the chance to meet the artist Grainger McKoy.

See you Sunday,

The band Already Taken rocked the Atrium. They're all under 16 years of age!

We had messy fun while making Jackson Pollock inspired drip paintings.

Here you can see the larger Pollock inspired canvases that we worked on outside. Pretty cool if you ask me.
