In case you haven’t heard, we have a great program that happens every Thursday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. here at the Museum. The program is Toddler Thursday and it’s one of the High’s longest-running education programs. If you have a 2- to 5-year-old at home, this is the perfect way to spend a Thursday afternoon.
Head into the Museum and pick up a schedule of the day’s happenings when you purchase tickets. Then go up to the galleries to find that day’s featured artwork. You will also find Ellsworth Kitty near the art. He and a friend will be reading a story for any visitors who are interested.
After enjoying art and stories, go down to the Greene Family Education Center to create an inspired project. This week you’ll make Shrunken Self-Portrait Pendants. Are you intrigued? Then grab your tot and come hang out with us! To find out more details as well as other upcoming projects, head to our website.
See you Thursday!
PS – Make sure you support Carter’s and OshKosh whose generous support makes Toddler Thursdays possible.
